Delivery and Shipping
All prices on the OPPO Store (www.oppostore.com.au) are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Any order received after 2:00PM AEST will be processed the next business day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this. All parcels are Authority to Leave unless otherwise specified. All orders are sourced and dispatched from Unit 4A, Building B, 5 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park, NSW, 2113.
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During sale periods and throughout the holiday season, your purchase may take longer to arrive. Please allow adequate time for delivery.
OPPO will not be held liable for stolen parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address. OPPO is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or customs clearance processing time.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation from us.
Our website has live access to our stock database. However, while we aim to be the best the stock level may not be 100% accurate at all times. Should your order stock availability changes or does not pass our pre-shipping quality check, we will notify you by email or by a courtesy call.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase. All of our orders can be tracked using http://auspost.com.au/track/ or https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking, please enter your tracking number from your order dispatched email for details.
Deliveries within Australia:
Standard shipping: $7.50 (free on orders over $74.90) 5-7 business days
Express shipping: $19.95 2-4 business days
Orders are sent via Auspost or Sendle depending on your location.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support.au@oppo.com on receipt. Please follow our returns process below so we can investigate. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our online team at support.au@oppo.com and you will receive a response within 2 business days.
Please note if you contact us by email on the weekend you will not receive a response until Monday.
Returns or Exchanges
We trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase from the OPPO Store. However, if you are not happy for any reason within 14 days of delivery, you may be able to return or exchange the Eligible Products at your expense under the following circumstances. Our returns and refunds policy is straightforward and designed to give you confidence in purchasing through the OPPO Store (www.oppostore.com.au).
Eligible Products mean an OPPO smartphone, tablet, or wearable device, or accessory related to such a device, that a consumer purchases directly from the OPPO Store (www.oppostore.com.au) that is unused and in a re-sellable condition (e.g. the packaging is unopened, the seal is intact and all in-box items are in the box).
To start a return, you can contact us at support.au@oppo.com with your request. Once we have received your Eligible Product, it will be assessed in order to determine whether you are eligible for an exchange or a refund.
Please note that exchanges are limited to a different colour of the same model and refunds can only be made to the original payment method used by the consumer. Once processed, exchanges and refunds may take 5-10 days to be received by the consumer.
