Not what I thought I bought

I ordered 5 of the cords in the picture and none fitting my phone. I complained after receiving an email saying they have no stock and won't be any in the future.. Emily from customer service has send me 5 of the correct cords with 2 wall chargers. Thank you Emily

Item description is incorrect. Website was correct less than two years ago. I have received 4x cables that are incorrect

I was directed to a cable which was incorrect.
I tried explaining by email and was told that I had received what I had ordered.
This was true, however this was the incorrect cable that I was advised was needed.
I now have 2 cables that I don't need.
No solution was offered. This seems to be a standard problem.
I was able to purchase correct cable from elsewhere without any issues.
Very disappointed with customer service.
